I just finished looking through my photobucket account from high school and found these gems. Ah to be seventeen again…

this day was the first time that I ever used a camera to shoot 35mm b&w film. we went to the house that my parents and I lived in when they were married. it was days away from being demolished.

(& these really make me wanna get back into the darkroom…)

I first saw this video a year ago when it was being shown at the galleries at my school and then again on twbe.com.

i really don’t know anything about web design, but this has to be one of the best artist/designer websites i have ever been too. and his blog, wordofcommand, is pretty great too.

this semester i’m taking my first figure painting class, which initially, i found extremely intimidating. but the first artist i was suggested to look at was tom wesselmann and his work gave me a million ideas of how to approach this class, including the final, a life-sized self portrait.

Yesterday, I was Jesse Ligo’s impromptu photog for an article she is writing, Philadelphia’s Sweetest Things, for the D&M Magazine published by Drexel University. We visited a lot of Bakeries in Fishtown & Northern Liberties. Here is a sneak peak of what we saw & tasted!
